What is your return policy?

- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.         

- ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF WHEN THE PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED.

- DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.         

- MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.

How do I make an exchange?

There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with RMA number will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the original amount.
